Rayan Mahmud, a graduate of Dewsbury’s Darul Uloom, is a prominent figure within various UK based Muslim communities and organizations. He has served as an Imam across various masjids in which his role extended far beyond the prayer mat. As an Imam, Rayan focused on developing inter-faith community work by engaging with his congregation on a personal level. As a second-generation British Muslim Rayan realized the importance of supplementary schools which can connect to students of all ages. With this in mind, Rayan created a long-term interactive syllabus, which can cater for all age groups on a global level by using online services such as all social media platforms.
